1. Using this site
By browsing or purchasing from BKBigGolfs you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is always the current one.
2. Pre-owned products
Most of the clubs we sell are pre-owned. Each listing describes the club's condition honestly and the photos show the actual item you'll receive. Normal signs of use consistent with the stated condition grade are not defects. All items are verified authentic before listing.
3. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are shown in USD and include tax where noted. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example if an item was mispriced or is no longer available. Because most items are one-of-a-kind, they are sold first come, first served.
4. Shipping
Shipping is fast and free on all orders. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to your address.
5. Returns
If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Returned clubs must come back in the same condition they were shipped. Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
6. Trade-ins
Trade-in offers are based on the information and photos you submit and are confirmed after physical inspection. If a club arrives in a condition different from what was described, we'll send a revised offer, which you may accept or decline (declined items are returned to you).
7. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
8. Intellectual property
The BKBigGolfs name, logo, and site content belong to us. Brand names of the clubs we sell (Titleist, Callaway, Ping, and others) belong to their respective owners — we sell their products; we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
